I asked Lauren if she would make a loss card that said dogs leave paw prints on our hearts and she added in the paw prints. She has since added the rainbow to reference the rainbow bridge and I think it’s a beautiful addition. She has been so kind through the whole process, offering condolences and repeatedly apologized for slow shipping and even offered to send another when the shipping was delayed with COVID-19. She was very genuine, has restored my faith in humanity & definitely made me a forever customer of her work. If you’re considering a purchase, buy it. She worked with me to make it perfect.
